The Mad Hatters Art Bizarre brought together playful ideas, imaginative costumes and creative expression on 8 March 2019.
Photographs preserved in the Centre’s 2019 events archive capture learners and participants wearing an inventive collection of handmade and decorated hats, alongside artwork and colourful creative displays.
From bold sculptural designs to playful combinations of everyday materials, the images reflect the sense of experimentation and individuality at the heart of the occasion.
