FROM THE ARCHIVES

Annual Exhibition 2019

A look back at the Centre’s 2019 Annual Exhibition and a selection of the visual work presented as part of the year’s creative programme.

Celebrating Creative Work

The Annual Exhibition, held on 14 March 2019, brought together a varied selection of visual work as part of the Centre’s creative programme.

The archived images reveal a broad mix of artistic approaches, from expressive painting and detailed drawing to sculptural and three-dimensional work.

Together, the pieces offer a glimpse into the range of ideas, materials and creative exploration represented through the Centre’s visual arts activities.

Art in Many Forms

The exhibition archive reflects the variety possible within visual arts practice, with works ranging from observational drawing and expressive painting to textured and sculptural forms.

Presented together, these pieces show how different techniques and materials can become vehicles for imagination, experimentation and individual expression.

This exhibition forms part of the Centre’s 2019 archive, documenting exhibitions, showcases and creative activities offered or participated in throughout the year.
